NPower is being developed in a participatory way through its Regional Clusters and Multi-Actor Transition Groups (MATs). Each group contributes the perspective of its sector and region, ensuring that governance recommendations are adapted to local realities and feasible to implement.
Although still under development, these tools aim to become a useful resource for policy makers and local managers, offering practical guidelines for designing regulations, support programmes, and strategies that reduce nutrient emissions.
